Alexander (Al) Pietrasiuk is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and started his accounting career at Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest CPA firms.

After nearly a decade in management consulting and audit at Plante Moran, he transitioned between private equity and a local CPA firm.

In 2021, Al launched Kinline with a vision to be a trusted accounting and advisory partner for investor-backed businesses by delivering world-class GAAP expertise, high-touch service, and timely, reliable financial clarity that enables companies to present an accurate and compliant financial picture.

Al and his wife live in Scottsdale, Arizona with their two kids.

Senior Accounting Associate

Akshita Patel has accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. Akshita served in Deloitte’s New Zealand Business Advisory Unit. Her background also includes financial reporting (GAAP & IFRS), audit, and taxation, helping clients achieve compliance and consulting on business decisions.

Akshita is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) with CAANZ. She enjoys traveling and listening to music.

Accounting Supervisor

Martin’s accounting experience spans across the world and across industries. Martin has worked in an accounting capacity within tech, biotech, and consumer goods. For nearly 5 years, he worked in audit and advisory at BDO, a top 6 CPA firm.

At Kinline, Martin leads numerous engagements and is responsible for all facets of service delivery.

Bryce Bateman supports Kinline clients across accounting and advisory services. With a strong foundation in both finance and accounting, Bryce operates with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.

Before joining Kinline, Bryce gained valuable public accounting experience during a busy season at RSM, a leading professional services firm. This experience facilitated a strong foundation for financial reporting, audit processes, and client service excellence.

Bryce enjoys helping businesses strengthen their financial operations through accuracy, insight, and forward-thinking strategy. He is currently working towards his CPA license. Bodybuilding and being with his dog are his hobbies.

Michael Han supports clients across diverse industries by delivering efficient accounting solutions and automating key reporting workflows.

Michael’s background includes real estate, entrepreneurship, and education. Currently, he is pursuing his CPA. He has 10+ years’ experience with Coding, Power Query, Microsoft Automate, Power BI, and Altery. At Kinline, Michael leverages this experience to streamline close processes, automate recurring tasks, and improve visibility across financial systems.
